Information collected here
The contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, preferred service, best times to reach you, and your message. The newsletter form collects a first name and an email address. Nothing else is collected from you on this site.
How it is used
Submissions are sent to Amanda so she can respond and, when appropriate, invite you to schedule a free consultation. Information is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
Please keep it general
A website form is not a secure medical record. Do not include detailed medical, psychiatric, or other highly sensitive information. Share a general sense of what you are looking for, and save the details for a private conversation.
Emergencies
This website is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call 911 or call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Scheduling and the client portal
Consultation booking and the client portal are handled by a separate secure scheduling system, which maintains its own privacy terms.
